The P-Lift Saves You Thousands
Many higher-priced lifts rely mainly on brand recognition while charging extra for features that come standard on the P-Lift. With the P-Lift, you get premium performance and essential features at a smarter price — without the unnecessary markup.

Why Choose the P-Lift Residential Vertical Platform Lift?
Residential vs. Commercial Lifts: What’s the Difference?
Residential vertical platform lifts are specifically designed for private homes. They provide smooth, reliable access between levels in houses, garages, or porches, with a focus on ease of use, straightforward installation, and everyday practicality.
Commercial lifts, on the other hand, are built for high-traffic public spaces such as schools, offices, and churches. They must meet stricter codes and handle heavier, continuous use.
Key Differences for Homeowners:
- Capacity Residential lifts are sized for personal and family use. They offer plenty of strength without the over-engineering (and extra cost) of commercial models.
- Code Compliance Commercial lifts must meet full ADA and public building requirements. Residential lifts meet all necessary home safety standards while remaining more practical and affordable for private residences.
- Durability Both types are built to last. Residential lifts are optimized for real-world family use, delivering reliable long-term performance without the heavy-duty construction needed for constant public traffic.
- Price Because residential lifts avoid the costly extras required for commercial environments, they typically cost significantly less — often saving homeowners thousands of dollars.
The Bottom Line For your home, a quality residential lift like the P-Lift delivers the right balance of safety, reliability, ease of use, and value — without paying for features you don’t need.
Simple, Intuitive Controls The P-Lift features an easy-to-use control interface that is straightforward and convenient to access.

Secure & Safe by Design
The P-Lift includes a keyed ignition lockout that prevents unauthorized use — including by children — when the lift is not in operation.
It also comes standard with an emergency stop button and a second keyed locking panel for secure access to the controls.
Multiple Built-In Safety Features

Pictured Above: The P-Lift is equipped with a precise upper limit switch that stops the platform at the exact same height every time. For added protection, it also includes redundant safety systems — including a secondary upper limit arm that automatically stops the lift if the primary switch ever fails.
Pictured Below: The P-Lift also features a redundant safety system for the lower limit switch. A secondary safety gate provides reliable backup protection, delivering 99.89% effectiveness.

Pictured Below: The P-Lift features a redundant lower limit switch safety system that is simple to access and easy to adjust.

Pictured Below: Simply set the upper limit lever to your desired height and eliminate the guesswork. The platform will stop at the exact same height every time you use the lift.

Pictured Above: The P-Lift includes a convenient handrail on the front of the tower for added stability and support.
Pictured Below: Every P-Lift comes with a leveling kit, making it easy to install the lift securely and ensure it is perfectly level.

Pictured Above: The P-Lift simply plugs into a standard 110V outlet — no custom electrical work required. We recommend using a covered outdoor outlet for protection, and a properly rated extension cord can be used if the plug is shielded from the weather. Avoiding electrical upgrades can save you thousands of dollars on its own.
Pictured Below: In the event of a power outage, the P-Lift includes a manual hand crank that allows you to safely raise or lower the platform.
