Accessibility Features

Pictured Above: The SkyHawk comes ready for customization with the ability to recline, attach a headrest, armrest spacer kit, and adjustable leg extension kit. Lots of options. Incredible value.
Pictured Below: The SkyHawk features a 13-inch wide flip-up/flip-down footrest. It folds conveniently under the seat for a better-than-flush profile, making entry and exit easy.

Pictured Above: The SkyHawk has a surprise hiding in plain sight — an extendable footrest. Simply pull the easy-release clips (circled in red) on either side, and it extends to three predefined settings.

Reclining Features

Pictured Below: The SkyHawk features an Infinity Reclining Lever — meaning there are no preset levels or fixed sprocket positions. You can recline up to 40 degrees and stop at the exact angle that feels most comfortable. Simply pull the hand lever while seated to recline or return the chair upright instantly.

Armrest Features

Locked (Motorized Mode) & Freewheel (Push Chair Mode)
The 2026 SkyHawk wheelchair is equipped with two powerful 250-watt brushless electromagnetic motors. Brushless motors are less common — and far more reliable — than the cheaper brushed motors found in many chairs on the market today.
Not only do brushless motors last longer, they offer superior control. For example, they will not run away down a hill — you remain in full control of your speed at all times. The SkyHawk never sacrifices quality for a rock-bottom price.

Pictured Above: The weather-resistant 250-watt brushless motor. The red switch lets you easily toggle the SkyHawk between Locked (power wheelchair mode) and Unlocked (push wheelchair mode). You choose how you want to ride. Anti-tip wheels come standard.
Pictured Below: In addition to two powerful 250-watt motors, the SkyHawk features two Dura Shocks at the rear of the frame. This significantly enhances ride comfort and smoothness.

Optional Accessories
The SkyHawk power foldable wheelchair is one of the few lightweight chairs available today that can be fully accessorized with an adjustable headrest, elevating leg extension kit, and armrest spacer kit.

Portability

Pictured Below: The SkyHawk weighs just 50 lbs without batteries — which can still be challenging for some people to lift. With the optional Vulcan Lift (only 21 lbs), getting your SkyHawk in and out of a vehicle becomes simple and effortless.

Wheels
The 2026 SkyHawk power wheelchair is equipped with 12-inch flat-free rear tires and 8-inch wide-style front wheels.

Pictured Above: The 2026 SkyHawk features 12-inch solid flat-free rear tires. Protective fenders help minimize dirt and water from the rear wheels, keeping your clothing cleaner. When the SkyHawk was reimagined for 2026, even the smallest details were carefully considered.

The 2026 SkyHawk is equipped with an all-new digital joystick.
Pictured Below: The 2026 SkyHawk now comes standard with a remote controller that can operate your chair from up to 50 feet away. Additional updates include the ability to lock the joystick and a new digital display.

Pictured Above: The 2026 SkyHawk joystick is adjustable in length and can be positioned closer to the chair on either the right or left side.
Pictured Below: When you need more space, simply extend the joystick. For users with longer arms, this allows the arm to rest more flush with the arm pad — providing much-needed wrist relief while driving.

Pictured Below: When traveling, the joystick can be quickly removed using the quick on/off attachment. It ships installed on the right side of the chair but can easily be positioned on either side.

Power Management

Pictured Above: The SkyHawk is well known for its convenient, easy-to-access in-frame batteries.
Pictured Below: Simply push the release button to unlatch and remove the batteries — no need to reach or fiddle around the back of the chair.

Pictured Above: The SkyHawk holds two batteries. They are FAA travel-approved and include all required information printed directly on the battery, eliminating the need for additional documentation when traveling.
Pictured Below: The joystick features a charging port that charges both batteries at the same time.

Pictured Above: Each battery has its own charging port — ideal for charging outside the chair. Every battery includes a power indicator and charges in as little as 90 minutes.

Up to 18 Mile Range Per charge with two batteries. FAA Travel Approved Batteries
Safety Features

Pictured Above: The 2026 SkyHawk comes with an adjustable seatbelt that is not fixed to a single location. You can attach it where you prefer — across the chest or at the waist.

Pictured Above: Close-up of the SkyHawk’s breathable, washable memory foam cushion cover. The fabric is designed for maximum comfort in both warm and cooler-to-cold temperatures.
Pictured Below: Behind the backrest cushion you’ll find adjustable straps that let you control the level of firmness in the backrest.

Pictured Above: Under the seat cushion you’ll also find comfort straps. These allow you to adjust the firmness and lumbar support of the entire seating area. Please note: the SkyHawk comes with a seatbelt as well.

Pictured Above: Let’s not forget storage. The SkyHawk features an under-seat basket that holds a tool kit, user manual, and seatbelt — with plenty of room for additional items. The basket is also removable.
Pictured Below: In addition to the under-seat basket, the SkyHawk includes a storage pouch on the back of the chair.
